Action: None. The changes take place upon deployment of the Engine Yard backend.

• Fix: Copy environment now copies RDS provider and service
• Fix: failure when creating a RDS replica under certain circumstances.
• Fix: Changing RDS service did not highlight the "Apply" button.
• UI/UX: RDS box has background-color now set.
• UI/UX: Textfield is extendable for the entire screen during cloning environment
• Feature: Added support for RDS PostgreSQL 10, 11.
