Engine Yard Platform Release Notes for September 28th, 2022

Action: None. The changes take place upon deployment of the Engine Yard back-end.

Removed: Support for RDS MySQL 5.6, due to it being deprecated and no longer available. 

Added: Support for RDS MySQL 8.0.

Fixed: Network select behavior when creating environments.  Its now not possible to boot an environment without a network being selected.  This correlates with AWS deprecating EC2-Classic networking.
