Engine Yard Platform Release Notes for June 8th, 2022

Action: None. The changes take place upon deployment of the Engine Yard back-end.

Fix: Now RDS Aurora properly shows when configuring environments.

Fix: Generation 5 EC2 instances now visible in all supported regions.

Chore: On Stack v7, Passenger, Unicorn, NodeJS, and PHP are not ready yet.  So it makes sense to not show them them from the selection when configuring environments.
