1. Set correct DB username and password in database.yml for RDS MySQL 8 (PR #192).
2. Makes TLS 1.2 the default configuration for Nginx, making setting TLS 1.0 and 1.1 optional through environment variables (PR #190).
3. Updated paths for ElasticSearch heap dumps and logs to be included on snapshots (PR #195).
