Engine Yard Platform Release Notes for October 10th, 2022

Action: None. The changes take place upon deployment of the Engine Yard back-end.

Fixed: Network select behavior when editing environments.  It's now possible to edit an environment without a network being selected.  This correlates with AWS deprecating EC2-Classic networking.
