My company wants to cancel its services with Engine Yard. How do we do that?

To cancel your services with Engine Yard, you can can do so by logging-in at https://cloud.engineyard.com/ (with the Account Owner email) and select from the account menu:

Account —> Account Settings —> "Please cancel my account" (at the bottom of the page)
