Impact: The primary focus of this release is to eliminate possible build failures for applications initialized via eyk apps:init

• Improvement: Dockerfile produced by eyk apps:init is improved and provides clear instructions on pre-build steps to be executed
• Improvement: Dockerfile contains db_yml_adapter ARG to support numerous database sources. Comments are added to guide the user through the steps required to be executed before the git push
