Changes:
- Feature: Installs CSI drivers by default, setting the stage for persistent storage feature.
- Feature: Logs can now shipped to New Relic as well. Contact Support to enable this feature.
- Improvement: Added Velero backup. Cluster now automatically backups all configuration on a daily bases.
- Improvement: Metrics collectors upgraded to latest version, increasing stability.
- Fix: Adds proper tagging on public subnets, addressing issue of traffic not reaching pods when the load balancer changes IPs.
