Engine Yard Platform Release Notes for June 13, 2019

Action: None. The changes take place upon deployment of the Engine Yard backend.

• Added support for selecting Ruby 2.6 when creating/editing an environment.
• Deployments on Stack v6 now use serverside v2.6.19 by default.
• All sessions are invalidated except current when changing password and/or email address.
