Action: None. The changes take place upon deployment of the Engine Yard backend.

• Hide unavailable IPs on IP Migration Page
• Hide Restart button for stopped instances
• Ensure mnt volume size is inherited by cloned environments
• Can't associate env with the new network if existing network is deleted
